Job description
We are currently hiring a credit analyst. The sales-credit analyst is responsible for promoting and selling Ovation Credit Services’ credit repair services. The sales-credit analyst effectively “paints a picture” in the minds of consumers about how to live the “Better Credit Life.”

As a credit analyst, you can expect to:
• Attract potential clients and sign up them up through phone calls and email.
• Manage leads (provided) and conduct initial and follow up sales calls.
• Upgrade current clients to new programs and services.
• Handle client retention – resolve client issues and maintain client accounts.
• Maintain alignment with existing and new products and programs, company sales philosophy, policies, procedures and industry conditions in order to provide innovative support and drive sales development.
• Ensure sales goals are met daily and weekly.
• Identify and resolve potential client concerns and issues.
• Create and implement new service approaches to exceed client expectations, improve service levels, reduce costs, streamline workflows, and increase the quality of the team member work environment.
• Ensure policy, procedure and productivity standards are met and improved upon through coaching, goal setting, and employee reviews from supervisor.

• Report to and consult with department manager on a daily and weekly basis.
• Maintain high level of ethics and customer focus.

Education requirements
• High school diploma or GED required, college preferred.

Experience requirements
• Minimum of two (2) years phone sales and/or inside sales experience.
• Experience with lead management preferred.

Qualifications
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred, but not required.
• Type a minimum of 40 WPM.
• Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills.
